The LEED program measures the environmental impact of a particular building and then awards certification based on a standardized point scale system.

 Our polished floor solutions eliminate the environmental impact from floor demolition and construction, reduce heating and cooling loads, and eliminate the need for hazardous chemicals or other dangerous components.   As non-emitting material, the release of pollutants is minimal.

Using polished concrete enables clients to acquire points in three categories of LEED.

Materials & Resources (MR 1.1) credit 1 – and Building Reuse and Indoor Environmental. 

Building Reuse – Maintain 95% of Existing Walls, Floors, and Roof (M.R. 1.2)

Material Reuse – 5% Reused Items (MR 3.1)
